Sean Radaskiewicz | Pixilator | Go Fund Me Campaign

Sean Radaskiewicz

My name is Sean Radaskiewicz and I recently graduated with honors from University of Maryland, Baltimore County. I moved to Baltimore City from the Eastern Shore of the Chesapeake Bay a little over four years ago to start my career in the photography industry. For about a year and a half I’ve been working at Pixilated wearing a few hats ranging from Pixilator to On-site Creative Director on specialty projects, event photographer, and photo editor on others.

On August 31st between 3:00-7:00 PM my apartment was invaded and my two most valuable possessions, my 15'' Macbook Pro and Nikon d610 camera with 60mm lens, were stolen. Then again on September 4th between 3:30-4:00PM my apartment building was broken into and my bike was stolen from the basement.

I need to replace my computer and camera as I am a photographer by trade and need this equipment to generate income. Not accounting for my bicycle, the total value of my stolen gear is $3250.00 To resume taking clients in my freelance work and continue taking photographs in any capacity I need to replace all of these things as soon as possible.

This incident has put all my projects on halt and my financial situation is very tight currently. Between student debt and living expenses I can't come close to even putting a dent in replacing this gear any time soon. 2018 has proven to be one big challenge after another for me and I'm not ready to give up over some lost gear.

Please help me get back on my feet by donating to my GoFundMe Campaign. If you are not able to I would greatly appreciate anyone sharing this story with someone you know who might be able to help. This whole experience has humbled me in a way I’ve never felt but simultaneously made me feel so valued by the community around me. In just one week we’ve raised over $900.00 which is a almost one third of the total!
