Pixilated was founded in 2011 in Baltimore, Maryland as a local photo booth services company with a vision to change the landscape of the industry
With a growing base of B2B customers using photo booths as part of their event marketing strategy, we developed a cloud software solution to manage event photo campaigns -- including branding, messaging, social sharing, and lead capture.
Our software platform (called PixiCloud) has also allowed us to scale our local services on a national level through e-commerce and licensing. We now offer a line of self-service, shippable photo kiosks that are affordable and easy to use.

We are looking for problem-solvers and self-starters that will hold themselves accountable in a laid-back atmosphere with a flat management style. Entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and grit are essential qualities to fit in well on our team.
This is an Operations role.
As a core Pixilated team member, you'll work with everyone (we’re a small team), but most of your time will be spent working with the founders. You'll report directly to the CEO.
New customer onboarding
Customer feedback to inform product development and marketing
Build operational systems around fulfillment, onboarding, and training
